Water, Water Nowhere

Don’t pay as much attention to water issues as we do weather and energy here, but here are a couple of stories that signal the problems with agua as well. Here, AZ is hitting people in Phoenix where they live, their swimming pools. And here, as this actually very good review shows, AL (Alabama, not Alaska) is facing up to the fact that it doesn’t have the infrastructure, planning, or politics to get serious about water problems. Which is, of course, the first way to get serious.
